Welcome to the adventures of Chris Violence, a video, pictorial, and written account of my life and times.

Things with the band have been busy lately. We have been playing lots of shows and have a long summer ahead of us with many more shows on the books. Hollywood shows are coming, California and Arizona shows are coming. Check out the TOUR page for details.

I will be staring in an episode of a new TV series called TATTOO NIGHTMARE where I tell the story of how I got a crappy tattoo and then get a new one right over the top of it! My new tattoo was done by artist Tommy Helm who starred on the TV show Ink Master.

This show will air on the Spike TV network in the Fall of 2012.

As many of you may or may not know, I collect Vintage Boomboxes and Ghettoblasters. The bigger the better. I have a modest collection of radio's that I refurbish, repair, trade and mod. I belong to an online community called www.Boomboxery.com. You can find me there under the name Lasonic TRC-920. Many of the radio's that I have I brought back from Japan. They are very rare Japanese only models or they are just plan HUGE! The radio at the top is a custom painted Victor / JVC M70 that I custom painted to look like Eddie Van Halen's guitar. Here is a picture of some of my radio's. If you happen to have one of these radios and wish to sell it, please contact me at cv@cessationoflife.com

You can tune in to KOSHER METAL at www.KosherMetal.com and listen on your cell phone with the Tune In app. See video of us on the show here.

Life In Camarillo Documentary:
On a fall afternoon I took a trip to the Camarillo State Mental Hospital. The hospital was originally open from 1936 to 1997 and then reopened in 1999 as California University Channel Islands. Although much of the Hospital is unused, I walked around into places most people never see. Notice the lack of people in the video!
